By creating an account, logging in, adding wallet credit, or using any verification service on this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Services

HITANSHI FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS provides online verification and report services such as vehicle details, vehicle challan details, chassis to RC, vehicle transactions, PAN verification, and CIBIL/credit report related services where available through authorized APIs or service partners.

2. User Responsibility

• You must enter correct and lawful information only.
• You are responsible for keeping your login password secure.
• You must not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• You must have proper consent/authority before checking another person's or entity's information.

3. Wallet, Credits, and Payments

• Wallet credits are used for service searches as per the Pricing Details shown in the user dashboard.
• Credits are deducted only when a paid search is submitted and processed.
• UPI payment requests are verified through UTR/reference number and admin confirmation.
• Wallet credit will be added only after payment verification is completed by the admin.

4. Refund and Cancellation

Once a service request is processed or API cost is consumed, the related credit may not be refundable. If payment is made but wallet credit is not added, contact support with your UTR/reference number. Valid duplicate or failed payment cases may be adjusted or refunded after verification.

5. Accuracy of Data

Reports and verification results depend on third-party databases, API providers, and government/official records where applicable. HITANSHI FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS does not guarantee that every external record will always be complete, updated, or available.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account if misuse, suspicious activity, duplicate/fake payments, unauthorized access, or violation of these terms is found.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided for verification support. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect data entered by the user, third-party API downtime, bank/UPI delays, external record errors, or unauthorized use of an account.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account details such as name, mobile number, password hash, and account status.
• Search inputs such as vehicle number, chassis number, engine number, PAN number, mobile number, or bank details when entered for a selected service.
• Wallet and payment details such as amount, order ID, UTR/reference number, status, and transaction date.
• Technical data such as browser/device information may be used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage user accounts.
• To process verification/report requests.
• To manage wallet balance, payment verification, and usage history.
• To prevent fraud, duplicate UTR use, unauthorized access, and service misuse.
• To provide support and resolve payment/service issues.

3. Sharing of Information

Required information may be shared with service/API providers only for processing the selected verification request. We do not sell user personal information. Information may be shared when required by law, regulation, or a valid authority request.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect account, wallet, and service data. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed fully secure. Users should keep their password and mobile device secure.

5. Data Retention

Account, payment, wallet, and usage records may be retained as needed for service history, accounting, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and operational requirements.

6. User Rights

You may contact support to request correction of account information or assistance related to wallet/payment records. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.

7. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
